LAW OF SUCCESSION
My practice in regard to the Law of Succession consists of precautionary powers of attorney, care and patient orders, the formation of wills and hereditary contracts, questions of the community of heirs, the inheritance of the prior heir and the reversionary heir as well as the establishment of foundations during the inheritance and the succession.
Moreover, I have experience in the assertion and the defence of claim of a compulsory portion and the distribution of the estate amongst co-heirs. The overall aim is the maintenance of the peace within the family and the achievement of an amicable settlement of all involved persons.
A special focus hereto is also a favourable tax law organization, to that extent I can recur to my knowledge of tax law and general Business Administration.
