FORMATION OF CONTRACTS (NATIONAL UND INTERNATIONAL)

My main focus is the formation of contracts of any kind, for business or in the private sector. For instance: distributuion contracts, sofware cntracts, NDA`s, service agreements, licence agreements, terms and condtions. There is a broad collection of all kinds of contracts available in the English language.In this respect I benefit from my studies in business administration as well as my long-term service in the industry (telecommunication, oil and plant engineering and construction business).

I also give seminars for lawyers in regards to formation of contracts and within the education for lawyers with First State Examination.
