My main focus is the formation of contracts of any kind, for business or in the private sector. In this respect I benefit from my studies in business administration as well as my long-term service in the industry (telecommunication, oil and plant engineering and construction business).

I also give seminars for lawyers in regards to formation of contracts and within the education for lawyers with First State Examination.
