BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LAW
In respect of German Mercantile Law, I have a lot of experience in respect of the Law of Agents, Law of Transport, use of company names etc. In particular compensation issues for commercial agents are my main focus. In regard to transactions, I bought and sold several enterprises amongst which the acquisition of part of Bosch has been the biggest one.
During my industrial activity of many years I acquired much practical experience in all areas of Business and Commercial law.
My core competence is drafting of international and national contracts in which area I also give seminars and act as instructor for young lawyers. Also the sale and purchase of private enterprises like dentist practices belong to my core competences.
I also give lectures in this regard for attorneys. Another main focus is Unfair Competition Law. I have also vast experience in the formation and negotiation of contracts for Managing Directors.
