A further main activity is the Labor Law. During my industrial employment, I dealt with collective and individual labour law related questions. In particular the right to give notice and negotiating severance agreements of all kinds belong to my core competence.
In this respect I have huge experience also in front of Labour Courts until the level of German Federal Labour Court. Besides I have experience in elaboration and negotiation of employment contracts of all kinds including employment contracts for managing directors and members of the board or for consultants.
Furthermore I dealt with the Law of Temporary Employment and employee’s invention rights. In the Collective Labour Law I drafted agreements with works´ council and I also was involved with social plans and reconciliation of interests. For one enterprise I institutionalized a supervisory board including the formation of internal standing orders hereto.
